I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking, and the cleanliness was excellent! The room felt fresh, and the updated decor was nice without being overly flashy. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

it had a quiet location adjacent to pella for, a hy-vee grocery store and downtown. the staff was helpful at all times. central heating, a personal safe and a microwave oven were available in our a double room.

Consider using the laundry service. It's a huge help when machines aren't available, especially with kids in tow.

The place was fairly clean with a nice stuff. Quiet beds in our queen room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bath. Interesting place for exploring Pella.

Breakfast had a good variety, particularly the biscuits and gravy, a highlight. The check-in process was less than pleasant. An aggressive staff member initially handled my request poorly when I found a smoky smell in my first room, although another staff member later helped facilitate a smooth room change. Some common areas could use attention as they appeared run down, off-putting upon arrival. Despite that, the overall cleanliness of the second room impressed me, and it were nice.

Breakfast featured yogurt along with various hearty options, ensuring everyone's tastes were satisfied. The noise levels in the hallways disrupted our rest, and the check-in process felt unorganized, leading to initial confusion about our room. Finding our space a bit cramped also impacted the comfort level .

The cute staff were both great. The updated decor and cleanliness of my room stood out.
